Hi

I am using Crystal reports 10

I am having almost 20 - 30 fields in my detail field

Now I need to manually move each field back and forth to ensure that the field spacing between all of them is exact and equal
Is there an automatic process to do it or
is there any code for that?

I have to keep the spacing between all the fields as equal
Please suggest

Thanks

Are all the fields supposed to be the same width?

A possible solution would be to place "Vertical Guidelines" in the ruler bar where the left, right, or center of the field should be. As you are moving fields they will tend to "stick" to these "Vertical Guidelines" which should make keeping the fiels the proper distance apart. As far as an automatic placement the only thing I know of is to set "Grid" to on in "File" > "Options" and then select all the fields, right-click and "Align" > "To Grid" though I don't think this is what you really want.

Finally, I would very much like to see Crystal incorporate a feature like this.
