spaces between lines of text.

Here is my dilema.
I want a space in my forum program that is between the posts. <br> and <p> both seem to create the same sapce.
Is there some way to create like a 1/2 break?
 
create a 10 x 10 transparent gif and call it &quot;spacer.gif&quot;.. this little guy is the beauty of web design. www.vzio.com

Instead of using an empty image, use a stylesheet to specify the size of the break.

Try assigning this style declaration to the <p> in question (or make it global)

<p style=&quot;margin-bottom: 10px&quot;>Your paragraph</p>

Of course, adjust the size to your liking
