Space crunch - need to move data folder

Hello,

Whoever set up my database (SQL 7) put it on a small partition (c:\ 4gig - ~300mb left) while having a 13 gig d:\ drive available. I need to move the data directory, how do I accomplish this?

I'm not in a 7x24 business environment, so I can shut it down after business hours.
