SP4 Install COMCAT.DLL Error

Whilst trying to install Service pack 4 for Exchange 5.5 running on NT4 SP6a, I encountered an error regarding the file COMCAT.DLL. I am afraid I haven't got the full text for the error. Any help would be much appreciated
