I installed SP2 update six weeks ago and am running trouble free. My C drive however seems to have increased in size and on investigating I find the following folders:
1. Service Pack files.........497Mb.
2. Sevice Pack Uninstall......354Mb.

Well nearly a 1Gb of hard drive space. Can I delete any of the above folders, given that, I am satisfied with the way my system is running after the SP2 update.

I don't think your hard drive should have increased that much. I would not delete those files but run a antivirus scan as soon as you can.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
