my sytems been acting up and its slighty slower, should i remove SP1

When did you install SP1?

How is your system (what is it too) "acting up"?

A good place to start looking is in the Event Viewer.
Look in the System or Application folder. You can get to the Event Viewer via right click My Computer icon and select Manage.

Any errors logged in the Event Viewer can be expanded by double clicking on the error line.

Take any event error I.D. number and search for it on this site.

Have you tried disk cleanup? Then run a defrag.

LOL, then why ask? I have had SP1 on for a year now. Works fine.
