SP Upgrade & Mcafee Security Centre

After upgrading the XP Pro to SP2, I lost functionality to launch Mcafee Security Centre. I have checked the path and the file mcagent.exe(which lauch the Security Centre)still exists but simply refuses to execute! Any suggestion please.
