Sorting Running Totals

Hi

I have a running total based on average time to close a credit request (excluding calls which are 'In Progress'). This works well within the report, but I can not find a way to sort the report in descending order by the running total (in order to show me a table of area's which don't have closure of requests). Although I can show this information in a graph it does not appear to give the same information as the report.


Can anyone help???

Try in Report menu, the option Top N/Sort Group Expert. Practice the 3I : Imagination, Investigation and Initiative.

This was the first thing I tried. Unfortunately, the sort does not allow me to choose the running total.

As I am new to Crystal, I may be missing something though.

Help again please!
