Hello again. Last month Ken H. was very helpful in instructing me in modifying Named Groups. But it has led to another situation. I have 4 Named Groups. Each group contains mutilple location names. Crystal groups them correctly. But I would like to sort them together withing the Named Group. I haven't found this information in the documentation or on this site. So particulars.

I believe this is an ODBC connection.

Just create a second-level grouping below the Named Group.

Cheers,

If you need a group header and footer, use Ido's suggestion.
If you don't want the headers adn footers, use Report - Sort Records to add a sort level within the group Ken Hamady
