I have a report generated by a simple Access query. All it does it display the grading averages of teachers and how many tests they graded as well as a bar graph based on the grading average. I need it to sort by the grading averages descendingly. It sorts appropriately in the query but not in CR9. Boss wanted this done in CR vs Access. I tried the sort button, looked through all the CR buttons and help files, perused forums and remain at a loss as to how this can be done. The details section contains three columns: TeacherName, GradeAvg, TestsGraded. I am still a novice at this program as don't design my own reports very often. Thanks in advance for any help!

I don't have CR 9 on this machine, but in CR 8 it's:

Database->Sort Records->Select Grading Averages->Sort Direction->Descending.
