Sorting Incoming mail in Outlook

I have Outlook, and basically run three different companies out of it (accounting, software and lawn service home-based companies). Isn't there a way emails coming from a certain address automatically get delivered to, for example, an accounting:inbox folder. And can I have three different addresses that I send email from using the same Outlook package?

No problem about the first thing. Create the appropriate folders and then use a Rule to move the messages from the appropriate to the related folder. Don't know about the second request
