Sorting announcements

Is there a way to display announcements by their extension number? I did a list ann. but that on sorted them by annc. number which is not very practical.

How about:

"list extension-type type announcement"

This sorts by ext.

Nice one Homenut, don't know why I never thought of using that.

Also, if you're using GEDI you can click on the heading and it will sort any column you select. First click will sort ascending, second click will sort decending, third click back to ascending, etc. Works on any column.

Of course, you can also export and import into a spreadsheet and then you can minipulate it until you're blue in the face! ;-)
