SORTING A VB6 DATAGRID ON A PARTICULAR FIELD 1

I can't seem to make my DataGrid to sort the records on a particular filed; in this case it's the "LastName" field in the "Personnel" table.

Can anyone tell me the property to set or the code to insert.

I'm not quiet sure but in the datagrid you have to modify your recordsource and refresh the grid.

Adodc1.Recordset.Sort = "Personnel.LastName ASC"
