I have a problem with email occasionally getting rejected by sorbs. I get an undeliverable message back with the following message:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<email.int.lrdc.com #5.5.0 smtp;554 Service unavailable; Client host [166.102.181.116] blocked using dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net; Dynamic IP Addresses See:
When I go to sorbs to look it up and determine the error, it says the following:

Netblock: 166.102.180.0/22 (166.102.180.0-166.102.183.255)

How do I get rDNS set to indicate static assignment?

MH

Call your ISP, and have them create one, using your public IP address and your SMTP domain name.

When they say it's done, go to
and check the public IP address in the reverse DNS test.
