SOP User Defined Date in Crystal Parameter

I am trying create a parameter in Crystal based on the dates on SOP10106.USRDAT02. When I go to set default values, the field is not available. How can I do this?

GP date formats are in the super long mode date/time. You're probably looking it up as just date
