A client of mine has a PCV-RX450 VAIO machine. The CDRW drive will not eject, but will read the CD within. I tried eject from My Computer, and tried rebooting then ejecting. No go.This particular drive does not have the convenient pin hole for emergency eject.Any suggestions?

Can you take the cover of the front of the PC or CDROM drive?
The pin hole may be under there.

Alternatively:
Have you tried right clicking the CD Drive icon and clicking eject disk from
the menu?
Also, Have you tried rebooting in save mode and ejecting then.
Make sure you check the cables attached to the drives also.
If these solutions do not solve the problem you have two possibilities.
1. The CD is physically stuck in the drive.
2. The drive is broken.
One final test would be to remove the drive and try it in another PC.
