Hi,
I 'm just wondering if somebody was successful using new incremental v.6/7 sig updates with InoculateIT 4.5.
I do have a license for eTrust 7. After I installed it on my NetWare 4.11 server the utilization in idle went up to 10-14%, scanning took all 100%. CA support wasn't helpful so I went ahead and reinstalled 4.5. Users are happy again. The only problem, 4.5 does not read virsig.da0, just virsig.dat. I tried glueing files together, it did not crash the RTScan, which is good. I am positive that there is some header in the sig. file which keeps the version and length, and some control sum though. So my simple tricks will not work probably
Any ideas, suggestions?
