Some users receive the same email

Hi

Every time the POP3 Connector downloads email, some not all users get the same email again and again. I thought it was a virus, but I have scanned the server and the clients. I thought that it was the originating user (IE. outside the company), but no they have no problems.

I have checked the POP3 mailbox and its ok.

Any ideas?
