Some tips needed for the MIVS card

Hi everybody
today I had a nightmare implementing this card MIVS R4.105 - Hospitality Integrated Voice Services -(AWU&DND voice guide).
It was the first time, but look at the NTP at a glance it looked easy.
First problem, was to login to CLID, using the access written in the NTP, 1 hour after by mistake, finally I could login(but not with login and pass on the NTP), but once inside the NTP didn't had the answers for all the prompts, and the accessing via BUI(WEBBrowser) it didn't save the changes.
So I try to programm everything via CLID but probably something is missing, because on the M1 the AGNT channels went LOGOUT in a few seconds, and I get an error saying Application not acquired.
I had some experience installing MMail,CPilot and MIRAN but this one ... even the manuals are S...
Does anyone had installed this card? Can someone give me some tips who to get this working?

i've only installed one with almost the same horror story. if your agents are not acquired, nothing will work,, after i built everthing about three times, i had to ini with the cp down, then bring the cp up.. the cp was acquiring my hosp agents? and your right the manuals are perfect, they just left out all the words

Thanks J.P, for sharing your oppinion ... doesn't help must but at least I feel better after loosing 1 day around the MIVS - I guess my proud of working Nortel systems went a little bit down again, with this badly ended products, they look worse then my unfinished scripts, the only thing is that I am not selling them.

-I try to access the PSwedit ->PAdmin menu to chage the default password, and to get in inside I was suppose to enter PS... well with the PORT 0, I had to write about 6 times the command... and via TELNET never worked.

And thanks Nortel, cause I checked about any information and technical bulletins on their site, and nothing or almost nothing
