This site has a lot of VFP books, go through them, download sample chapters from the book you like.
Take a careful look @ Effective Techniques for Application Development with VFP
and Fundamentals: Building Visual Studio Applications on a VFP Foundation (Hentzen). don't pay attention to the more advances books just for now.
let me know if you need more resources.
by the way, as far as I know there is no site can give you something like tutorial in VFP. Walid Magd

Another resource I can personally reccomend (as I attribute it to be about 70% of my VFP leap) is the CD course from AppDev also. It's very good, and is done by Jim Booth, author of several of the books that are available from Hentzenworks. 3 levels, all very good whether you have Fox2.x experience or not.
