Some e-mails are not downloaded to hand helds running Windows Mobile 5

I have this weird problem that I can not figure out. ActiveSync for Exchange 2003 has been working great but our users started noticing that they were getting all of their e-mail except for e-mails that came from our voicemail server. The voicemail e-mails can be viewed fine through Outlook or OWA but they do not show up at all on the hand helds. Has anybody every seen this? If so how do I fix it.

I have even downloaded the PocketPC simulators from Microsoft and I am having the same issue with it.

Other attachments can be synced to the handheld, and you can also forward the voicemail e-mails to yourself and they are then synced to the handheld.

What are you using for the voicemail server software? What's the exact type of attachment that gets created to enclose a voicemail?

We are using I3, but we can forward these messages to ourselves and they are synced at that point.
