Dear Sir or Madam,
In Windows2000 (English version), an user open his outlook but cannot read Chinese mail-titles properly in "inbox". But if double-click that mail, the mailbody can show Chinese words quite well, including mail-subject.
I have also checked "locale", Chinese language is used by default.
Originally, richwin, a local Chinese-inputting tool is installed, and this problem doesn't exist; but windows2000 service pack4 does not support richwin2000, then this problem prompts if the richwin is removed from that PC, and cannot be reinstalled because of Service pack4.
I know this sounds a little complicated, but there must be someway to solve it, before I decide to format that harddisk.
Thanks!
Armstrong
