Some call center phone function issues

Hi Guys

Can I use whisper function to an agentID?
I set a whisper feature access code is *12, and use this code to whisper a station is OK, but to whisper a agentID is failed, the agentID is log onto a phone, any guy have the idea?

Can I compulsively to take over the phone call?
When an agent is answer a customer's call, the monitor want to compulsively take over the call to the customer and disconnect the agent, is there any way to achieve this?
