Some agents not appearing in Contact Center Client

I added 5 agents to our system (Mitel 3300) about 2 weeks ago. All are reflected in the YourSite Explorer and in CCM. But they do not appear in the Contact Center Client even when they are logged in. What do I need to look for to correct this?

You will need to right click in the view you want to add them in and click 'add/remove devices'
 
Thanks Sarond, but these agents don't even show up as selectable options in the "Add/Remove Device IDs" window.

Have you assigned them a license in Yoursite?
If there is no license assigned there is no real time for those agents.
 
That, precisely, is where my error was. I had thought that assigning a reporting mattered only if the agent was to be included in the queue reports. But, as you point out, it also affects whether or not they even appear in Contact Center Client.
