Solitaire file recreates itself after being deleted?? 1

how come when you, i mean I,
delete the Solitaire file, sol.exe

permanently, shift + del

and then refresh, its there again ????

Probably, you are not the owner of the file : missing permission.

Your best bet of getting rid of it is to go in to "Add or Remove Programs" select "Windows Components" then "Accessories and utilites" and deselect games Sketch

Windows file protection is kicking in!
Try changing permissions on sol.exe to prevent users from executing the file.
