Our law firm will be moving to a new office building in 2006. We are currently researching various telecommunications equipment and software to use at our new location. At this time we are unable to locate a software to replace Phone Line by CCom. This is a CTI solution that allows our receptionist to locate our attorneys phone number. My question is. Are there any PBX\CTI solutions that would provide our receptionist with detail phone information like phone numbers and locations?
