software mismatch ??

Using NRU 10.0, I backed-up my system MICS DR 6.1 (30CQG05)
When I try to restore that config into a differnt KSU using DR 6.1 (30CQE06), the message I get is "my directory contains a system incompatible data image" Is this because the sub-version of the 6.1's are slightly different? Is there a way around this?

my customer is moving and expanding...I like to configure a "mirror" unit on my work bench rather that real time on site. Currently there is a Call Pilot connected to the existing unit but not connected on the work bench. Could that be causing me a problem? As in, the old config sees the CP but doesn't know what to do with this info on the bench? Just a thought.

The software on your Bench is an MR rls right?
Might be why.

As for the CP it does not matter.

Actually on the bench was FC....I put in an MR, problem solved. Thanks for your help. I had no idea there was a diffence.

Sorry I had it reversed....your site has MR.
