Software copying

hi all, ive for a double sided dvd rom movie which i want to make a copy of on a dvd or had disk if possible.

How do i do this? please advise on software to download which can do this I am using a windows XP Pro OS.

Sorry but im new to this and might sound like a simple question.

The software you need should come on the CD that you got with the DVD-burner you obviously have.
If not, I would recomment Alcohol 120, Blindwrite, or any number of similar programs.
Of course, you're making a legitimate copy of a DVD that has no copyright on it, right ?
