softphone version, where can I download current version?

Currently running version: 3.1.2.17. I have one install that freezes on the first incoming call, once the call ends it unfreezes and works fine. Weird, thinking maybe upgrading the software if I can find it.

Softphone software is part of the Admin (manager) software package... unzip and extract.

It's on the Avaya support site, you need an SSO login to get it though. If you don't have one get it from your equipment supplier, if they don't have one they are not authorised to sell the equipment in the first place
