Softphone not working on R7

Hi there
i'm trying here to setup ip office video softphone for an IP500 V1 on R7, installed the software on my PC but he i can't login with my extension : it says unable to connect to the server, check your network connection and try again..
the IP Office is on the same network as my PC.
i have a power user license on my extension, i have enabled 'Enable Softphone HTTP Provisioning' and 'enable Softphone' is on on my user.
is there anything else i have to check ?

Avaya states you should only use one IPO as softphone gateway.
When you use a SCN then there is no need to login on the other IPO because you can call as if you are on the main or remote IPO.

they re both on 7.0.12
the softphone is 3.1.2.17_59616
i tried shutting down the demo kit but no way the main ipo still gave me the error right away.
i m gonna try removing the trunk between the 2 IPO and test back again

Is the softphone option enable on the second IPO?
IS the option "Avaya http clients only" tunred off? (i believe it needs to be that way but i am not sure)

the softphone option was enabled on both IPO.
i removed the SCN from the trunk between the 2 IPO, removed enable softphone http provisionning from the demo kit and upgraded the main IPO to 7.0.27.
avaya http clients only is off on both IPO.
and still doesn't work
this is weird

Guys, i found a solution to my problem
the SIP Registrar enable was off
i just turned it on and it's working like a charm
