Hi all,
Here is our issue.
We have an Avaya IP 500 V4.1.12.
We have 10 softphone users with all the licences available.
For the moment, no one works fine.
The remote user can ping the IP Office but unfortunately, the TAPI layer and the Softphone doesn't see the IP Office by the browser. When we enter the IP Office address, still the same issue. IP Route is OK as we can ping.
The customer have stop firewall on the two sides.
Do you know if we need to open ports or anything in order to fix it.
Any help will be appreciate.
