Softphone Doesn't register

Hi

I've got an Ip office Version 6.1, The Ip office has licences for: 3rd Party Ip endpoints, Avaya Ip endpoints, Power User, Teleworker, I added a new User for being used as softphone, From the Ip office Dvd R8.0, I installed "Ip Office softphone" version 3.2.3.15, I followed "IP Office Softphone Installation" guide. I did the following:
*In system I checked: Enable Softphone HTTP Provisioning
* In Vopip I checked: SIP Registar Enable
*In LAN1/Sip Registar I checked: Auto-create Extn/User
I created a new user with the following:
-I set a password
-Profile: Power User (I tried Teleworker too)
-I checked: enabled Softphone
-In Telephony/Call setting: Call waiting on and Busy On Held
-In Telephony/Supervisor I set: Login Code

When I try to login the softphone, the Softphone Login window shows me the message: No Such user
I can register in the Ip Office a 3er party softphone: X-Lite for example. I can receive and make calls with this 3er party softphone.
I dont know If the softphone version is not compatible with Ipoffice 6.1 (I'm using a softhone version 3.2.3.15 that is the R8.0 DVD)

Please Any Ideas?

Thanks for your answers, I could register softphone version 8.0 on the Ip office 6.1, My error: I was putting the extension number instead of the "Username" on the softphone login window (The Installation guide says the I have to use Username)
