Hi,

Has anyone had an issue when using the dial pad on the Avaya Softphone.

We have a customer who is using version 5.2 on windows XP when they are dialling out they can use the picture of the phone but not the dialpad on the softphone.

The customer has various sites throughout Europe which are networked, this is only effecting 2 of the sites.

Yes. I have seen similar. Does it work on the LAN? Sounds like a firewall issue to me.
