softphone buttons greyed out

running 8434 softphone. Auto-in is greyed out and we must manually log into the hunt group with feature codes. Also any vu-stat button is greyed out and will not work. Aux-out button works fine. Any ideas?

A quick guess, but are the buttons administered on the station form in the switch? The SoftPhone draws the attributes from the station form when it logs in.

Softphone will not support Agent features. You will need IP agent if you need these items.
