Softphone and Skype issue

Customer has a USB headset when using both softphone and skype. He can talk and hears the calls through Skype fine, but when using softphone he can only use the headset as a mic. The audio only comes over speakers when unplugging the headset.

I looked through the softphone options and there isn't much to enable audio.

had loads of grief using softphone and skype on same machine.

uninstall skype. see if it improves.
