I have setup SoftConsole on a computer using the IP connection method. We are running MV rel 11 on our switch. I have created a second attendant in the switch that I am using to log into network. What needs to be programmed in the switch to allow the IP Console to answer overflow calls from the switchboard? Our switchboard currently answers all incomming calls. Any ideas?
