We do have a hard phone associated so my question is do can I forward the main number or do I forward the hard phone extension number, which is different from the main number? Thanks for your help.
If you only want to divert all calls of the SoftConsole to a internal number then activate FollowMe.
In the SoftConsole go in the Directory window and rightclick on the SoftConsole user, select properties and activate the FollowMe function, read the SoftConsole Help manual.
