Softconsole-incomplete master directory import

Running 1.5.3 patched version on CM3.1. On my laptop, I can install the product, import a complete Master Directory, and operate console.

When run from a client (3 different) PC, during the import (after logging into attendant extension), the import completes after only 6 (of 108) entries. Client has tried altering folder permissions and turned off anti-virus w/ same result. They can run the console, but with only the incomplete directory.

Any thoughts?

This is a known issue. Avaya do have a patch for it and you also have to make a registry edit. if you dont have any luck give me a shout and I can email you the patch and the notes to go with it.

Thanks...is the patch on the website or download center or do I need to open a ticket?

That one I am not quite sure about. As I work for a BP here, one of the other solutions consultants aquired the patch and let the rest of us know it was there. As I said if you have no luck I am more than happy too send it across to you. Its only around 600k so not too bad to receive via email.
