I have the IP office and lucent digital phones


Can i use the softphone , is any docs on how to set this up\

The IP Office version is Phone Manager.
Softphone is the Definity version.
The IPO toolkit has good instructions.
You can also search these forums for "Phone Manager"
and get more detailes info.

Toolkit comes with all new systems or should be able to download from avaya website-it's huge-could take quite awhile.
Try to google IPOffice phone manager and see what happens-
You'll probably find a pdf on the app.
The app itself comes on the user cd and should match your manager version.
there's not much to it-you need licenses for the Pro or an IP enabled version.
Lite is basically a phone controller giving user's a point and click and speed dials on the desktop.
