We have a operators softconsole (Release 2) that keeps ringing even when they are on a call, sounds like the calls aren't queuing quietly. Apparently this has only just happened so I was wondering whether it was something the operator may have selected accidently. Been through the user guide on the Avaya Web Site with no luck, can't see anything obvious. Has anybody experienced this?
