I am trying to use the IM option declared on R11.1, the istallation manual does not mention nothing about it and the IM flag included in the application does not have any effect, has anyone tried?

Hi, on R11.1 IM need One-x or Spaces. I don't have tested yet.
From the manual:
Enabling instant messaging
About this task
BBefore you complete this configuration, the console status bar displays IM disconnected.

[li]For non-cloud systems, IM functionality is provided by either Avaya Spaces or Avaya one-X® Portal for IP Office.[/li]
[/ul]
[ul]
[li]For cloud systems, IM functionality is provided by Avaya Spaces.
[/li]
[/ul]
Procedure
Click Preferences Preferences.
Select Instant Messaging.
Select Enable instant messaging if you want to use IM with the console.
Click OK to save your change.

Of course yes, I am using one-x Portal but it doesn't work at all
