Soft console park and BLF not working

I just set up a Soft console on a 9.0 unit. I can use BLF to call the extension, but I dont see user info, i.e. when caller is busy or voicemail info. Also, park slots are not working. The call parks, but doesn't show in the slot. Anyone seen this before?
 
The BLF broadcasts are not being seen, will be your AV/firewall blocking them I imagine :-)

 
I disables and retried, still not working. It is like the IP Office is not sending all the info.
 
The IPO always send the info but as a broadcast.
Are you on the same broadcast domain or is the connection routed?

I have the IPO as the DHCP server and a 5 port switch between them. 192.168.1.146 IPO, 192.168.1.3 laptop. 255.255.255.0
 
then the is no good reason why it shouldn't work

Had almost the same issue with a softconsole and with the
-debug option in the shortcode it runs without any problems."


"1) Windows firewall - turn the bugger off completely.
2) Reboot switch - sometimes ports on the IP Office "hang" and Avaya use many ports and protocals. I think a lot of it is done via TFTP on port 69
3) delete the users profile for soft console. its normally found in Docs and settings / user / avaya - this can sometimes become corrupt. Make a note of all their speeddials etc first"

Soft Console version is 4.2.33 is there another newer version?
