SNMP with JAVA

Is there anyone who develops SNMP agent and MIB beans with JAVA?
if there are , could you recommend me best-practiced APIs and tools for this kind of development process?

We are developing a product based on JOESNMP. We've wrapped it with additional Java based services to stream XML results and load a DB with info from SNMP sniff. I'm not a developer, but I can put you in contact with our development team.
