We are looking to output Alarms via SNMP Traps instead of email.

I have got the attached file from the Avaya Admin CD, but all the OIDs are the same!

Does anyone have a correct list of the OIDs used by the IPO?

The spreadsheet appears to be correct

OIDs appear to be

.1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.Specific Trap

You can then break it down further by adding

.Event Code.Event Sub-Code to the end of the OID for the specific event.

Hi Pepp,

The MIB files are somewhere available on the Admin DVD.

But I would go with Syslog because you don't need to translate the messages because they come in clear text.

Yeah it was finding the MIBs and using that allowed me to calculate the OIDs.

I normally just use SMTP as it is simple and works, we are using Labtech as my company have moved over to Connectwise and Labtech for everything (just a shame we didnt decide what worked before deciding on products)!!
