SNMP on AIX 5.3 - Setup?

Need to figure out how to set up SNMP on AIX 5.3.

I have the binaries in place, and the /etc/snmpd.conf in
place. Now need to figure out how to configure it
and launch the daemon.

Any help would be appreciated.
