SNMP OID for Disk Usage Levels for MRTG

Hi all...
I am trying to find the best way to graph current disk levels for all my Win2K Servers, I want to use MRTG but I cannot seem to find how to get, say "the current value of c:"
I have tried GetIF but cant seem to find the appropriate OID.
If anyone has done this before or know of a simpler way please post an example :)
