I want to capture the voip packet. Where can i get it

you need to use something like ethereal which is free to download onto a laptop. Once you have installed that you can configure ethereal to sniff certain types of criteria based on inputs or you can sniff everything on your network. You just need to plug your laptop into the network and let it run for a period of time and then analyse it.

I would do a google search for ethereal and download it and take it from there.

You need to place a hub between your phone and the switch and place you pc on the hub or mirror a port on the switch with a port where a phone is connected else you can wait forever.
Now you see al packets from the phone.
