hi
i've created a SNC between two ip 403 ,and i'm tryn to have group composed by users of one ip office and the other
in incoming call routing i can write numbers of user and groups instead of names, asi cannot see the ones of the others ,but in group seems i cannot insert users nof the other ip office
is there a way to have groups composed by users of both ip office?

thanks

Unfortunately, in SCN, groups can not have members from remote locations. The only way to attempt to circumvent this is with some imaginative routing with Voicemail Pro. You won't be able to ring all the phones at once, but you'll be able to overflow between the sites.

You can try putting a divert dummy user in the group that forwards hunt group calls to the member on the other site.

I agree with JeSeROCK. I'm am working on networking a 3 sites with centralized VM Pro and CCC. That is what we are doing....creating virtual users and forwarding unconditionally and hunt group call to the remote site.

We're not completely cut over so I haven't thourghly tested, but this is what support is telling me and theoretically it should work.
