I hope someone can help me fathom this problem out! I have set up a database that will email a report as a snapshot attachment to customers. This is all done through Access using Outlook as the email client. The problem is that a minority of users, after selecting the recipient, have a blank template as an attachment ie no data.Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Thanks

The snapshot viewer needs to be downloaded to each client. It is available at Microsoft for free.

Thanks SMerrill. All users have the viewer installed however the data it is meant to show does not always show in the viewer fields.Just empty boxes. Im not sure if this has something to do with the amount of records it filters. I ran a few queries and had the same problem however after closing the viewer and the form...reselecting the data it appeared again.
I appreciate the answer though.[thumbsup2]

The only thing that comes to mind is the FormatForPrinting property of the controls, and the fact that the controls may be too small to contain the fonts. Does anyone else have a better idea?

Take care,

I came across something I which I think is a bug in Snapshot Viewer: if I have code behind the report, the snapshot file does not display the images (which are linked dynamically). Removing the code renders the images just fine.

This does not happen if I save the report as pdf, meaning it has something to do with the snp driver...
