Snapshot file w/ MS Word icon

One of my users installed Snapshot Viewer but still ca not view .snp files. The file appears with MS Word icon instaed of Snapshot Viewer. She is running Windows 2000 and Access 97. Any suggestions? Brian

You have to fix the file associations on that user's computer. If you open up a 'My Computer' window, click the Tools - Folder Options Then click on the File Types tab.

Scroll down to the SNP extention, and click the Change button. Point this to the Snapshot Viewer, then click OK.
